It’s considered one of the biggest rivalries in the NFL and one of the most bet on games in the sportsbook. On Sunday night, we’ll get another episode of the classic rivalry, which could be another classic.

The New England Patriots travel to Indianapolis to face the perfect Colts on Sunday Night Football and there will be no shortage of people watching and betting on this game. It’s going to be a tough call picking a winner but maybe there is an easier bet than a side play.

Online betting cappers may have a tough time deciding between which side to bet on but the total could be an interesting play. Both team are high scoring, which could mean that this game could go over the total. Both defenses have been suspect this year but both offenses are flowing right now.

The New England Patriots will try to be the first team to defeat the Indianapolis Colts this week in what has been one of the best NFL rivalries this decade.

While the Colts are perfect, the Patriots have been much closer to the team we are used to seeing in the last few weeks. Even so, there are concerns as they head to Indy.

One big issue facing the Patriots this week is how are they going to get to Peyton Manning and pressure him.

The Pats have just 15 sacks on the year and Manning is virtually impossible to stop when he isn’t pressured.

On the flip side, Patriots quarterback Tom Brady has found his stride and he should have a rather easy time with the Colts secondary, which is really banged up. The Colts are without two starters for the season as Marlon Jackson and Bob Sanders are both out for the year.

Both offenses figure to get going in this contest, which should mean points aplenty. The Patriots have averaged 40 points per game over their last three while the Colts have averaged 29 points per game in seven of their eight games this year.

The Betting Verdict

It should be an entertaining game but for betting purposes, it is too close to call. Look for this to be a high-scoring affair and for both teams to go over the set total of 50 points.
