Battle of the titanic here as both teams scored convincing wins in their opening match with Valencia beating Olympiakos 4-2 in Greece and A.S Roma coming out 4-0 winners against Shakhtar Donetsk.

Spanish side Valencia will miss the services of Joaquin as he is still suspended for this tie. But the home side will be confident as they did well without him against Olympiakos and they also held Barcelona to a 1-1 draw at the Nou Camp last weekend coming into this tie.
