Even with a new and very experienced coach, Eintracht Frankfurt are still having the same losing mentality and the last week`s loss saw them further drop to the fourth place from the bottom, just four points above the relegation places.
The match against Bayern Munich comes at worst possible time, as Bayern Munich regard this match as a must win, so it will be interesting to see how will Eintracht Frankfurt manage with the pressure from the Bavarians.
A further blow to the team will be the absence of the central defender Maik Franz who had suffered a fractured bone in his foot so he is definitely out of combination for this match. His replacement will be the Macedonian International Aleksandar Vasoski, but he will have tough time against Bayern`s attackers as he did not had much playing time this season so far. Also the midfielder Alexander Meier will have to sit out this match due to a five yellow cards suspension
Theofanis Gekas will be the only striker in the formation as usual and Halil Altintop will play as a playmaker in the middle.

Bayern Munich have finally shown a good football last weekend and have climbed to the third place at the Bundesliga table, one point above their direct rivals for the last Champions League spot-Hannover 96.
Bayern Munich have their destiny in own hands, so now the pressure is on Hannover 96, but Bayern Munich need to win all remaining four league matches.
There were some positive changes in the formation which obviously had good impact in the team and especially interesting is that Miroslav Klose had started in the last match as a playmaker in the middle and he did very well in that role, so the interim-coach Jonker will use him once again in the starting line up on that position and Mario Gomez will be the only striker in the standard Bayern 4-2-3-1 formation.
Arjen Robben has still one match to serve as suspension for the red card he had received couple of weeks ago, so Thomas Muller is playing as a winger instead in the middle.
Hamit Altintop (back problems) and Danijel Pranjic (ruptured hamstring) are definitely out of the squad for this match due to their injuries.

Eintracht Frankfurt are struggling even to score a goal and in the last three matches they have two draws and one loss against teams that they were suppose to beat in order to escape from the dangerous zone.
Bayern Munich finally got the third place last week which was their main goal, so they will not give it up easy now, especially not with four matches to go. I think that Bayern Munich will win relatively easy in this match so that is my pick here.
