Chelsea and Everton meet at Stamford Bridge on the last day of the season in a match which will be the last for both Rafa Benitez as well as David Moyes.
Rafa Benitez's interim spell as Chelsea boss comes to a close, with the Spaniard widely expected to be replaced by the returning Jose Mourinho next season. However he will still take Chelsea for their friendly matches in the United States before his spell comes to an end.
After leading Chelsea to Europa League final success against Benfica in midweek and qualification for next season's UEFA Champions League, Benitez has revealed that he will be sad to leave the club, but he can at least bow out with a sense of pride and satisfaction.
Benitez final aim will be to bid farewell to Stamford Bridge with a win which would secure third spot and automatic qualification for the Champions League group phase. However, if they failed to get a win then it could yet lead to Chelsea playing off against Arsenal to determine who takes third and who goes into the Champions League qualifying round.
Chelsea goes into this match being unbeaten in their last seven matches. They will however not forget the fact that it was Everton who beat them 1-0 at Goodison Park two years ago which also spelled the end of Carlo Ancelotti's reign.
For Everton, it will be David Moyes' last match as manager before he embarks on the huge task of replacing Sir Alex Ferguson at Manchester United. Moyes' final home game saw them managing a 2-0 win over West Ham United and, like Benitez, he will want to go out on a high after a run of just one defeat in 10 games.
But no matter what happens in this match, Everton are guaranteed to finish higher then Liverpool in sixth spot but unfortunately no European football next season for Moyes' replacement following the cup successes of Swansea City and Wigan Athletic.

Chelsea will check on the fitness of captain John Terry and playmaker Eden Hazard after the duo were forced to miss the Europa League final win over Benfica due to injury. Benitez may decide not to risk either player, but John Obi Mikel is pushing for a start after being on the bench against Benfica after recovering from a hip problem.
Demba Ba is available after being cup tied in Amsterdam, but Benitez may decide to stick with final scorer Fernando Torres in attack.
Everton Team News :
Everton captain Phil Neville will miss out on a farewell appearance for the club as he is out with a knee injury. Leighton Baines is expected to start and appear in every minute of the club's Premier League season.
Leon Osman is ruled out with fluid on his knee, so David Moyes will have to make at least one change for his last match as Everton manager
