Yarmouth Racecourse is located 126 miles from London, 81 miles from Cambridge, 53 miles from Ipswich and 20 miles from Norwich. Great Yarmouth Racecourse is situated on the northern edge of the town only a few minutes walk from the beach, a mile from the train station and the town centre, and hosts 24 exciting fixtures of flat racing a year.

The Racecourse is situated to the north of Great Yarmouth towards Caister. From the North and Midlands the Racecourse can be reached via the A47, the main Southern approach roads are the A11 (joining the A47 South of Norwich) and the A12 via Colchester, Ipswich and Lowestoft.
On arrival at Great Yarmouth follow Yellow AA signs to the Racecourse.
By rail: Great Yarmouth railway station is approximately 1 mile from the Racecourse and serves mainline services via Norwich.

The mile course is quite straight, and all races up to a mile are run on it. There is also a left-handed round course 1 mile 5 furlongs in circumference with two parallel sides of 5 furlongs stright. joined by two equal bends of 1½ furlongs each, the last 5 furlongs being the last five of the Straight course.
Draw Advantage: Middle to high numbers on the Straight Course, low numbers on the Round Course.
