ARSENAL
This is a weird situation to see Arsenal in, as they play hosts to Partizan Belgrade in the final game of the group stages. The new Premier League leaders started the Champions LEague campaign with a blast but now find themselves in a must-win spot having lost their last 2 group games 2-1 away at Shakhtar Donetsk and then 2-0 at Braga.
The problem with Arsenal these days is defence. The team have banged in enough goals to lead them to the top of the domestic league but they've sure made hard work of it. Were it not for the mistakes at the back, this current league lead would be a dominant one. 2-0 to a 3-2 loss to Spurs was followed by shaky wins against Aston Villa and then against Fuham on the weekend. It took 2 pieces of genius from Samir Nasri to edge their city rivals, and perhaps this high pressured situation against an inferior opponent is just what is needed.
Defender Vermaelen is out until the new year, and captain Cesc Fabregas and Abou Diaby both miss this one too. The team is doing well when attacking though and I will once again suggest having a look at bets on Nasri to score, as he capably fills in for the role Fabregas normally plays in leading this team while being involved in most goals. Chamakh recently got overtaken as the clubs leading scorer this season, so I feel he will also be on the scoresheet in what should surely be a rout.
PARTIZAN BELGRADE
Partizan Belgrade have yet to even draw a game in this group, let alone win. They're being hammered in games too, letting in 9 goals more than they've scored.
There isn't much to say really, as Belgrade are walking into the Emirates, where teams like Shakhtar Donetsk and Braga have both taken humiliating beatings before being sent home.
The only question here is this. How many goals will Arsenal decide to put past this team?

This is going to get ugly for Partizan Belgrade. Arsenal have more than wiped the floor with the other teams in the groups and the recommended bet here has a price that is steadily dropping, and with good reason. I feel it will come in by HT if all goes well.
