Hannover 96 have lost the battle for the third place with Bayern Munich, but no one in the club is dissatisfied with how this season is ending. There was a very interesting view last week when Hannover 96 were defeated 2-1 against Vfb Stuttgart, and as soon as the final whistle was blown, despite the loss, the players were celebrating as if they won the league, as they are guaranteed a place in the Europe League for the next season, which is huge success for Hannover 96.

For this match, the home fans are planning nice choreography and it should be nice festive afternoon in Hannover as the result against FC Nurnberg will not be that important, but the place in Europe will be celebrated a lot.

Coach Slomka has almost his full squad available for selection and the only absentee will be the team striker Mohammed Abdellaoue (ten goals scored) who got injured in the last week`s 2-1 loss against Vfb Stuttgart. Too bad that FC Nurnberg did not clinch a spot for Europe as they play very nice football, but this is a very young promising team with bright future ahead, so probably next season they will be a team to watch as they have serious ambitions to move in the top five Bundesliga teams next season.

Coach Dieter Hecking can not count on the midfielder Ilkay Gundogan as he is still injured, but his presence in the club also is coming to an end, as after this match he will be officially new player of the champion Borussia Dortmund in the next season.

The striker Julian Schieber is a bit questionable as he had complained to an injury during one of the training sessions last week, but latest reports are that he will probably make it on time to be in the starting line up.

As i mentioned before that this is extremely young team, there will be another young lad that will make his Bundesliga debut in this match. The U-19 Germany international Julian Wiessmeier will have his first ever Bundesliga match, and although he is still a high school student that had just recently ended in the professional football world, he is regarded as one of the next generation German footballers with very bright future ahead.
