Brisbane Roar will be looking to stem the flow of recent defeats that they’ve suffered in the past few weeks with their latest losses being defeats at home to Melbourne City and Western United in 2-1 and 3-2 losses respectively.

The bigger picture shows that Wellington have lost just twice in their last 10 matches overall in the Australian top flight and this encouraging sequence of results also include six wins as well, so the visitors may well fancy their chances of recording their first away win of the season here.

The fixture scheduling is very strange this season, with the Phoenix playing all their games in Australia so far due to Covid-19 restrictions, and in their last 10 matches - eight of them have been been at "home" in various stadiums in Sydney, Gosford and Wollongong.

Statistically, the Phoenix have lost their last five away games on the trot though so the Phoenix may just be happy to settle for a point in this encounter.
