Eintracht Frankfurt is currently the team in the best form in Germany. They have won four straight Bundesliga games, the only side to achieve that in recent weeks. They also convincingly won 1-3 away against Besiktas in the Europa League, so they are not outsiders against the Bavarians.

Last weekend, Eintracht Frankfurt defeated Holstein Kiel 2-4 away, with their striker Omar Marmoush scoring again. With six goals and three goal assists, Marmoush is currently the top scorer and player in the Bundesliga.

Not only has Eintracht Frankfurt won each of its last four Bundesliga games, but they also scored twice or more in each of those wins.

Eintracht Frankfurt lost the most recent duel against Bayern Munich 2-1 in April of this year, but the last time they played in Frankfurt, Eintracht Frankfurt thumped the Bavarians 5-1 last December.

After winning four in a row in the Bundesliga, Bayern Munich played a 1-1 draw against German champions Bayer Leverkusen last week. They were not at their best in that game, but they were even worse in the midweek Champions League match, where they lost 1-0 to Aston Villa.

It was not Bayern Munich's best week, and now comes another strong opponent in pretty good form.

However, Bayern Munich has won all three away games in the Bundesliga against Wolfsburg, Holstein Kiel, and Werder Bremen, with a goal difference 14:3.

The Betting Verdict

Eintracht Frankfurt is in excellent shape, so they are not as huge underdogs as many believe. They have played fantastic football in recent weeks, scored many goals, and dominated their opponents.

The Bavarians were shaky in the two winless games this past week, and playing in Frankfurt is difficult. Yes, they are the favorites here, but the value is on Eintracht Frankfurt.

I would be contrarian and go against the obvious favorite. I would rather make a double-chance bet on Eintracht Frankfurt to remain unbeaten at valuable odds.
