Pisa is a tough little team with a good goalkeeper in Adrian Šemper. They scored first in Bergamo against Atalanta, then luckily only conceded once to take a point. In the second round, they tortured Roma for a long time but eventually succumbed to a 0-1 defeat. Truth be told, Pisa should have lost both matches. They defend with courage but eventually all of the top sides will find a way to score against them.

Now Pisa is in for a breather after two very difficult challenges right upon joining the Serie A as their opponent here is Udinese.
