Hamburger SV’s poor performances continued last week, with their second defeat in a row, 5-0 away against Bayern Munich. They did not stand a chance in that game, looked disorganized, and rarely moved forward.

Things do not look bright in front of this duel as well, as they have problems with injured important strikers.

Hamburger SV's team captain, Yussuf Poulsen, has thigh problems, and Jordan Torunarigha has an injured Achilles. That leaves Robert Glatzel as the main attacking option, although he has not been his usual self for a while.

Keep in mind that Hamburger SV did not score a single goal in their first three winless Bundesliga games, so this is a serious issue.

Heidenheim

Heidenheim is stuck at the bottom of the Bundesliga. They are the only team that has lost all three Bundesliga matches so far (against Wolfsburg, RB Leipzig, and Borussia Dortmund).

However, their schedule was not easy, and I believe they now have a decent chance of picking up points against Hamburger SV this week and perhaps Augsburg next week.

Heidenheim will also miss an important player here, with their Georgian 31-year-old striker Budu Zivzivadze suspended for the red card he received last week in the 0-2 home defeat to Borussia Dortmund.
