After winning four in a row in the 2.Bundesliga, SV Elversberg unexpectedly lost 2-0 to Arminia Bielefeld last weekend.

They were also involved in a midweek cup clash against Hertha Berlin on Tuesday evening. They played a really bad game there, losing 3-0 and being easily eliminated, but I feel like they were not interested at all in the cup competition.

Hannover 96’s performances during October were mixed. They won twice, lost twice, and drew twice, so there is no consistency.

However, Hannover 96 is impressively unbeaten on the road this season. Together with SC Paderborn, Hannover 96 avoided defeat in all their five away matches in 2.Bundesliga, winning three and drawing twice so far.

Also, almost all of Hannover 96's matches this season were full of goals. Three or more were scored in each of their last eight 2.Bundesliga matches.
