Mid-table hosts, Lorient, have made themselves a tough side to beat in recent times in Ligue 1 under manager Olivier Pantaloni as Les Merlus have suffered just one loss in their last 14 matches overall in the domestic top flight.

Defeats to Marseille and Monaco have been outweighed by collecting no fewer than 12 victories within this 15-game stretch which will no doubt give Lens plenty of confidence as they prepare for this upcoming trip to the Stade Yves Allainmat-Le Moustoir on Saturday afternoon.
