Sassuolo, the football romantic's favourite side in Serie A, struck again and appeared in all sports headlines in Italy. It's almost impossible to create a good game plan against Sassuolo if you're favoured against them, as they fall back and wait for a counter attack, and their offensive trio of Berardi, Pinamonti and Laurier is arguably the most cohesive unit in the league. Pisa is showing signs of life after all. They're undefeated for five consecutive rounds now despite meeting Milan and Lazio among others, and even managed to get their first win of the season, at home against Cremonese.

This just means Pisa settled into Serie A finally, but they still lack the quality to play any serious football. They just find a way to get the points with a limited roster that they have at their disposal.

It's almost incredible that other teams allow Pisa to score with the forwards that they have. They should really take marking more seriously, but in Serie A that stuff is optional.
