St Mirren will head into Saturday’s Scottish Premiership fixture with Dundee United on the back of a worrying four-game winless run in the domestic top flight having slumped to three defeats and a draw in recent times.

The draw has featured prominently in Dundee United’s away games this season too as Jim Goodwin’s side hold an away record of 1-5-1 11/11, so they are expected to at least be tough to beat on Saturday afternoon.
