Wrexham were dealt a disappointing and somewhat surprising 2-1 loss at home by Norwich City in last weekend’s Championship action which in turn halted a previously impressive five-match winning streak for the Welsh club.

Four wins on the trot in the Championship over the likes of Sheffield United, Preston NE, Blackburn Rovers and Derby County respectively were followed up with a giant-killing act over Premier League side Nottingham Forest in the FA Cup.

In addition, four of these recent five wins for The Dragons also resulted in both teams scoring and a total of Over 2.5 goals as well, so the goals market is well worth a look for this upcoming fixture on Tuesday night.

Wrexham are one of only two sides who have yet to draw a blank at home this season, alongside fellow promoted side, Birmingham City.

Leicester City manager Marti Cifuentes came under increased pressure to retain his position at the helm of The Foxes after seeing his side suffer a 2-1 loss away from home at midlands rivals Coventry City last weekend.

Recent results have certainly been inconsistent and produced a mixed bag of returns for the visitors as they have won four but lost four of their last eight matches in all competitions.

However, goals look almost guaranteed for this upcoming fixture in Wales as no fewer than seven of Leicester City’s last eight matches have also produced goals for both teams along with being Over 2.5 goals as well, so Tuesday night’s clash at the Racecourse Ground should be an absolute cracker.
