Bromley bring a commanding eight-game unbeaten run into Saturday afternoon’s top-of-the-table clash with Swindon Town at Hayes Lane as the Kent based hosts look to further extend their lead at the top of the League Two table by picking up all three points.

Bromley already hold a useful looking six-point cushion at the top of the English fourth tier table and having collected no fewer than seven wins within their last eight league matches, Andy Woodman’s side look in good shape to stretch their unbeaten sequence to nine games.

The hosts also still remain unbeaten at home so far this season with a record of 8-4-0 26/13 and they are the joint-leading goalscorers at home with Crewe Alexandra in the division.

2nd placed Swindon Town are certainly no pushovers though under charismatic manager Ian Holloway despite losing their last two matches on the trot; a 3-2 loss at home to Salford City in the league was followed by a 3-2 loss away from home at the same opponents in the subsequent FA Cup tie.

Prior to these defeats though, Swindon Town had collected three wins on the trot in the English fourth tier by accounting for the likes of Cheltenham Town and Gillingham along with a EFL Trophy victory against League One side Luton Town.

Swindon Town possess a fairly reasonable looking record away from home as well, with a record of 7-1-4 20/14, so Holloway’s side are not likely to be fazed with this upcoming trip to Hayes Lane on Saturday afternoon.
