The Seeded teams have made it through the Bracket into the Sweet 16 Round of the NCAA Tournament and that means the Number 4 Arkansas Razorbacks are set to take on the Number 1 Arizona Wildcats. The latter are seen as the best balanced College Basketball team in the nation, but the Arkansas Razorbacks may feel they have the best player on the court.

Darius Acuff Jr has been lighting up the scoreboard for the Razorbacks, but there will be some concern about his playing through the pain barrier right now. He is not going to sit out, but Acuff Jr needs to be at his healthiest to give Arkansas a real shot especially with the depth issues being of real concern.

Head Coach John Calipari is hugely experienced and he will have been preparing his Arkansas team very well over the last few days, although it is clear that the SEC Tournament winners still have a considerable gap to bridge.

The depth mentioned could be an issue with a couple of key contributors looking like they could be struggling to suit up on Thursday. That is going to make the challenge in front of Arkansas feel that much more difficult to overcome, especially when noting the qualities of this Number 1 Seed.

Arizona have a top five Offensive and Defensive unit and this is a team that will look to dominate the boards.

The balance of the Offensive approach makes it very difficult to stop the Wildcats who can win inside the paint or from the three point arc, and Arizona have won eleven games in a row. That run includes two wins over the Houston Cougars, who are a Number 2 Seed in the NCAA Tournament, and two wins over the Iowa State Cyclones, who are another Number 2 Seed.

Coming out of the Big 12 Conference in such a dominant way makes the Wildcats the team to beat in the NCAA Tournament.

Arkansas will have to find a way to dictate the tempo and the approach of the game, but it feels like a really big ask.

They have won seven in a row, including winning the SEC Tournament, but the only victory of note is the one over the Texas Longhorns. None of the other six teams beaten in that run have reached the Sweet 16 Round of the NCAA Tournament, while the last defeat suffered by the Arkansas Razorbacks ended in a blowout by the Florida Gators.

The Gators have proven to be the only top two Seed eliminated before the last sixteen of the NCAA Tournament and the Razorbacks may not have the depth to keep up with the Arizona Wildcats.
