The Dolphins have evolved into one of the competition's most balanced football teams under Kristian Woolf. Their attack has become much more patient and clinical, while defensively they continue to frustrate opponents through disciplined line speed and excellent scramble defence.

The addition of former Bronco Selwyn Cobbo has been one of the stories of the season. Playing with renewed confidence, Cobbo has become one of the Dolphin Most dangerous attacking weapons, adding strike power to a backline already boasting Hamiso Tabuai-Fidow and Jamayne Isaako.
