Reports suggest Manchester City's punishment for being found guilty of historical cheating will be released in the November international break, but for now they are 2nd in the Premier League table and 3 points behind Champions Arsenal. That gap could have increased by the time Manchester City kick off at the City Ground, but the focus has to be on improving the 3-0-1 away record.

Manchester City have lost their last 2 Premier League games against Aston Villa and Brighton and some will suggest this could be down to the distraction of factors outside of the pitch. However, the win in Leipzig snapped a run of 3 games without a win in normal time in all competitions, and also means Manchester City have won 5 of 6 away games played under Enzo Maresca.

Antoine Semenyo is out, while the likes of Josko Gvardiol, Ruben Dias and Jeremy Doku will be expecting to be restored to the first team.

Even in the Champions League win on Wednesday, Leipzig were given a way back into the match thanks to another mistake from Gianluigi Donnarumma and those will need to be erased if Manchester City are going to push Arsenal in the title race.

Pushing Arsenal will also depend on what kind of sanctions are going to be given to Manchester City having lost the case against the Premier League, although they are still going through the appeals process. Some believe those sanctions will be announced during this November international break and those off field issues have to be causing some issues in the squad.

However, Manchester City have been a little unfortunate to have lost the couple of Premier League games and they are visiting the City Ground where Nottingham Forest are really struggling.

Oliver Glasner has admitted he needs to change things up to see if that can spark his team, but Nottingham Forest have lacked composure in the final third.
