In the first match they beat Wales 2-0 at home, while in their second match they played a draw with Ireland. Then Denmark managed to beat Wales and with 7 points already have won the group with a match to spare.
Denmark can now play this match without any pressure. Now they will welcome back Eriksen and N.Jorgensen into the starting lineup while Kjaer will miss out through injury. They will miss the services of Delaney who is suspended and goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel.
Ireland
Ireland have done poorly in the League of Nations and after losing the first match to Wales by 4-1 it seems that Ireland are just waiting for the Euro2020 qualifiers.
After their defeat to Wales, they managed to play a 0-0 home draw with Denmark and then suffered a defeat to Wales after that. That brought Ireland to the bottom of the group and relegation to Tier C.
Ireland played two friendly matches and earned draws with Poland and Northern Ireland in those friendly matches.
