The Australian top flight action continues on Boxing Day with this bottom half clash in the A-League between second from bottom outfit, Western United, and their 8th placed visitors, Melbourne Victory, in all-Melbourne encounter at AAMI Park.

Melbourne have also suffered three defeats within this six-game period though, losing to Western Sydney Wanderers, Melbourne City and Adelaide United, so they have shown that they also possess a vulnerable side to their nature.
