Lens were not in action in the French top flight over the weekend as PSG were allowed to postpone their fixture with the title rivals due to Champions League commitments but Lens will be looking to get back to winning ways on Friday night when they welcome mid-table outfit Toulouse to the Stade Bollaert-Delelis on Friday night.

Toulouse slumped to a second league defeat on the trot in Ligue 1 last weekend following a disappointing 4-0 thumping at home to Lille as well as receiving a red card and this loss also became the visitors’ sixth loss in nine games.
Four of these six defeats have been inflicted upon Carles Martínez’s side away from home which does not bode well for this upcoming encounter against a high-flying Lens outfit who will be highly motivated in returning to winning ways on Friday night.
Recent wins over the likes of Metz and Lorient have therefore been overshadowed by the losses and with a pretty ordinary record away from home which stands at 5-2-7 18/18, the visitors look to have their work cut out in Friday night’s fixture at the Stade Bollaert-Delelis.
