Sassuolo either wins or loses. And loves to cause an upset regardless of the opponent quality, though this season they've limited themselves to beating mid-table teams, not really the top sides like before.
They just won 2-1 at home to Como, which is a huge feat, but on the road it's a different story and Sassuolo can rarely make something happen.
