Czechia enter Matchday 2 under pressure after suffering a 2-1 defeat to South Korea despite taking the lead. Patrik Schick and Tomáš Souček remain the key figures, but the Czechs struggled to cope with South Korea's movement and now find themselves in a must-win situation to avoid relying on results elsewhere.

Hugo Broos' men defended reasonably well for long spells in the opening game, but struggled to create chances and rarely looked capable of troubling the hosts. With Mexico and South Korea already on three points, defeat here would leave Bafana Bafana on the brink of elimination.
Much will depend on goalkeeper Ronwen Williams and the pace of Oswin Appollis and Lyle Foster on the counter-attack. South Africa are generally at their best when games become physical and fragmented, and they will look to disrupt Czechia's rhythm in a similar way like they tried against Mexico.

South Africa looked incredibly weak in their first match, and Czechia is the side with a stronger attack. Schick remains one of the most reliable finishers and may shine in this game, while I don’t expect much from South Africa in the attack here.
