This Sunday is the 68th edition of the NBA All-Star Game, live from the Spectrum Center in Charlotte at 8 PM ET on TNT.

And just like last year, it won’t be East vs. West.

Team captains LeBron James and Giannis Antetokounmpo chose their players last week from the available All-Star pool using a “schoolyard draft” format. Early odds for Sunday’s game suggest that LeBron's side are 5½ point favourites.

The starters for Team LeBron will be himself, Kevin Durant and Kawhi Leonard on the frontline, with Kyrie Irving and James Harden in the backcourt.

Antetokounmpo will join forces with Joel Embiid and Paul George, alongside Stephen Curry and Kemba Walker. Team Giannis will be the official “home” team for Sunday’s game, since they’re playing in an Eastern Conference arena.

Last year’s All-Star Game at Staples Center was the first under the current format. James and Curry were the captains and Team LeBron won 148-145 as 2.5-point “road” favorites.

Interestingly, the Under bet cashed in easily at 293 compared to the "exhibition game" expectations of the total set at 334 points. The over/under line has still not been set as bookies are wary.

Durant, Irving and Anthony Davis (this time as a reserve) are all back on Team LeBron this year, while Antetokounmpo, Curry and Embiid will remain together as part of Team Giannis.
