Spanish La Liga News :: Voro recalls Koeman's outcasts for Valencia

New Valencia coach Salvador Gonzalez 'Voro' has included outcasts David Albelda, Santiago Canizares and Miguel Angel Angulo in his first squad, for the Primera Liga match at home to Osasuna on Sunday.

Spain internationals Albelda and Angulo, and experienced goalkeeper Canizares, were dropped from the side in December by former coach Ronald Koeman, backed by majority shareholder Juan Soler, and were told they would not play for the club again this season.

Dutchman Koeman was sacked on Monday, five days after winning the King's Cup, with the side two points above the relegation places following a 5-1 mauling away to Athletic Bilbao last weekend.

Voro, after his appointment until the end of the campaign, said he had a free hand to decide whether to put the players back in the side, and said it would depend on their attitude and commitment.
