Roma captain Francesco Totti may miss out on this weekend's crunch match against Inter due to injury.

The Giallorossi badly need a win over the leaders, but their cause has been hurt by Totti's latest fitness problems. "Er Pupone" was forced to abandon training this morning due to a pain in his right knee.

There will be tests to determine how serious the problem is, but it seems the fixture against the Nerazzurri will come too soon for him.

Luciano Spalletti has been dealing with a number of absences in recent times with defenders Juan and Cicinho sidelined.

The good news for Roma is that Montenegrin marksman Mirko Vucinic seems to have shaken off the niggle that prevented him starting against Arsenal.
