Tennis News :: Nadal beats Murray in straight sets - faces Berdych in Wimbledon mens singles final

Rafael Nadal delivered a quality performance to end Scotland's Andy Murray's hopes of reaching his first Wimbledon final winning won 6-4 7-6 (7-5) 6-4.

Murray had hoped to become the first British man to reach the final since 1938 but Nadal was stronger in the key moments as he pressed home vital break point opportunities.

Nadal will meet Czech Tomas Berdych in Sunday's final after the 12th seed beat Novak Djokovic in straight sets 6-3 7-6 (11-9) 6-3.
