Dutch EreDivision News :: PSV Eindhoven grab late winner to maintain lead in Dutch Eredivisie

Genero Zeefuik spared PSV's blushes as he scored deep into injury time to complete a 2-1 comeback against nine-man Eredivisie basement dwellers Willem II.

Bart Biemans gave the visitors a shock 17th-minute lead, and that would last into the second half before Ola Toivonen levelled for PSV.

Willem then had Denis Halilovic sent off for a second bookable offence and Veli Lampi was shown a straight red, but even against nine men PSV struggled until Zeefuik popped up three minutes into time added on to score a winner.

FC Twente battled to a 2-1 victory over Feyenoord in the Eredivisie on Sunday afternoon to remian a point behind PSV.

Gill Swerts opened the scoring for the visitors on 51 minutes but Twente clawed their way back into contention when Wout Brama popped up with the equaliser 14 minutes from full-time.

The game appeared destined to end in stalemate but Bryan Ruiz popped up with the winner in the 90th minute to shatter Feyenoord hopes of earning a point.

Ajax brushed aside NAC 3-0 to pick up their sixth away win of the Eredivisie season at Rat Verlegh stadium.

Siem de Jong opened the scoring and Miralem Sulejmani wrapped things up in the last minute, after a Rob Penders own goal had doubled the home side's advantage midway through the second half.

Ajax are five points adrift of Twente.

Fourth-placed FC Groningen kept themselves in the hunt for a Champions League spot when they hammered Heerenveen 4-1.

Groningen took an early lead through Jonas Ivens, Groningen went on to add further goals courtesy of Tim Matavz and Dusan Tadic.

Filip Djuricic then gave Heerenveen some brief hope before the impressive Tadic wrapped things up in style after the dismissal of Heerenveen's Arnold Kruiswijk.
