MLB Baseball News :: Power Rangers : The Texas Rangers are playing the best baseball early on in MLB season

The Texas Rangers are the clear No. 1 side in Week 2 of the MLB Power Rankings over at ESPN.

The Rangers own baseball's best record (8-1) and also the top run differential (plus-32) in the game, to move into the #1 spot.

Last week's #1, the New York Yankees, fell to #4. while the Philadelphia Phillies (#2), Cincinnati Reds (#3) and Colorado Rockies (#5) round out the top five.

The Cleveland Indians, are also on the warpath after winning seven straight games to move to a 7-2 record for the season and the Tribe are up to #9.
