Real Sociedad has only won once in their last eight matches and have been knocked out of the Cup. They are still in the Europa League though. Barcelona is doing well in all compeitions and they seldom draw matches.

Coach Eusebio did played with the same side that beat Sevilla and only Oyarzabal came in for the injured Januzaj but it did not helped their cause.
As for the team news, Januzaj is now back, while I.Martinez is out injured. So we will see Rodrigues start instead.
FC Barcelona
No doubt Barcelona are dominating La Liga and they are going for two titles in Spain now. The La Liga is almost theirs as Atletico Madrid has nine points behind them while they have reached the semi finals in the Cup in a very convincing fashion after two clashes with Celta Vigo. In the first leg against Celta Vigo they played with a mixed team and it ended 1-1 but in the second leg, they ran riot as with a stronger side they won by 5-0. In La Liga they have won their last four games in a row where they have scored 12 goals and have yet to concede any goals.
Other then having the best attack, Barcelona also has the best defence in the La Liga. Just recently they reinforced their defence by bringing in Colombian center-back Mina. No doubt the big talking point was the arrival of Coutinho from Liverpool FC. However he is still out injured and will not be able to start for the Catalan side. Other then that Center-back Umtiti is also out injured while Dembele is fully recovered and Busquets is back from suspension.
Past Meetings:
Last season they met a total of four times and Barcelona won three times and they did draw when Real Sociedad hosted.
