Lille will be keen to register a third league win on the trot in the French top flight on Sunday afternoon when they play host to Strasbourg at their Decathlon Arena following recent back-to-back wins against Lens and Marseille amidst an unbeaten run of five games as well.

Strasbourg occupy 15th place in the Ligue 1 standings and find themselves just five points above the relegation zone ahead of Sunday’s tough trip to face Lille in their own backyard.
However, although Strasbourg struggled previously in Ligue 1 as they endured a dismal eight-game winless run in the domestic top flight which included slipping to five defeats, the visitors have since turned things around in recent games.
Three wins from their last four games with victories over Nantes, Rennes and Reims have prevented Strasbourg from dropping further down into the relegation battle below them and also gives them some hope of perhaps getting something from this Sunday’s clash at the Decathlon Arena.
