In recent times, Croatia have not been at their best away from home, but that is also in the Nations League when they are facing stronger opposition than Faroe Islands. Finishing top of the Group is very important to earn a direct entry into the World Cup Finals and Croatia's thumping win over Czechia has put them in a strong position.
In saying that, they cannot afford to drop points against one of the weaker teams in the section and Croatia should have enough to beat Faroe Islands.
Winning is not the real question, but whether Croatia can do so by a relatively comfortable margin?
