The 1-0 defeat at Newcastle United means Wolves remain the only Premier League club without a point on the board and there will be some pressure building. You do have to believe that Vitor Pereira and the supporters will be expecting things to change on Saturday and, if they do not, that there will be plenty willing to voice their discontent from the stands.
They are bottom of the table, but there is more than enough time to turn things around and Vitor Pereira had arrived into a challenging situation around the midway stage of the last campaign. That is not to say there are no concerns though and Wolves have conceded 9 goals already, while they will return home where they have a 0-0-2 record and conceded 7 of those goals.
Wolves have beaten West Ham United at Molineux in the League Cup so it is not all doom and gloom, but the start made by the newly promoted clubs may be something of a worry. The side have not won any of their last 4 home Premier League games, while Wolves have lost 3 of those matches.
Jorgen Strand Larsen scored twice in the League Cup win over The Hammers, but has been missing with an injury and is considered a doubt again. Jose Sa should be available, while Ki-Jana Hoever is edging closer to a return.
Leeds United
The idea was to bring in more creativity and the failure to do that was evident in the latest Leeds United fixture that ended with the team failing to score. Daniel Farke has to have been happy with much of the football produced, but that lack of a spark in the final third has frustrated the manager.
To make matters worse, Leeds United conceded an incredible own goal in injury time to lose at Craven Cottage and that leaves them in 16th place in the Premier League table with 4 points on the board. All of those have been earned at Elland Road and Leeds United will be looking to improve the 0-0-2 record away from home having conceded 6 goals without scoring once in those two matches.
Leeds United needed a late Penalty to beat Everton on the opening weekend, but they have lacked something in the final third since then and the failure to score last weekend makes it 3 times in a row in the Premier League. They have also been dumped out of the League Cup by Yorkshire rivals Sheffield Wednesday and this feels like an important game for the manager.
Dan James and Joel Piroe are hoping to be available for selection this weekend.

They were beaten 1-0 at Molineux in the League Cup during that season, but Leeds United have won their last 2 Premier League fixtures on this ground.
Prediction
This looks an incredibly difficult game to call on Saturday.
Wolves have lost all 4 Premier League games, while Leeds United have failed to score in their last 3 since beating Everton 1-0 at home.
With home advantage, you would think Wolves can take advantage of the issues Leeds United have been having in the final third, but this is not a team creating a lot of chances. Jorgen Strand Larsen's absence is really hurting a Wolves team that lost Matheus Cunha in the summer window and the chances being created are not of the best quality as the new signings continue to bed in.
Vitor Pereira's men have also struggled at the back, but you cannot really expect Leeds United to take full advantage barring a big improvement in the final third. There were some signs of that at Craven Cottage before suffering a late sucker punch, but Daniel Farke needs his team to find something so they can build some confidence.
It is really tough to pick a result.
A low scoring game is expected, although recent history between Wolves and Leeds United has been very different, and the first goal is expected to be huge to the final outcome of the match.
Instead of backing a winner, the best approach to a fixture like this one could be looking for someone to be a key within the match.
Rodrigo Gomes has scored twice at Molineux already and is someone that is getting off shots for Wolves and he looks a big price to have at least one on target. However, his position in the team is less secure for Wolves than someone like Anton Stach for Leeds United.
The midfielder has had at least three shots in three of the four Premier League games played and he has been one of the standout midfielders for Leeds United early in the season.
For all of the efforts he has been having, Anton Stach has only had a single one on target and so it may be best to pick the midfielder to have a couple of efforts in this one. That has been priced up at odds against, but he is facing a Wolves team that have allowed an average of 10 shots per game.
This has the potential of being a tense game, even this early in the season, but Leeds United had 10 shots at Craven Cottage last weekend and Anton Stach could be a key for the away team. The visitors are odds against to have at least 11 shots this weekend, but it may just be best to approach the midfielder who has been leading the way early in the campaign.
