The Villans hold a four-point cushion over 6th placed Bournemouth but nothing would please Villa manager Unai Emery more than securing another European trophy for his side in Istanbul on Wednesday night.
Unai Emery has previous in this European competition as well, as the former Arsenal boss has won the Europa League trophy on three separate occasions and another accolade is just 90 minutes away for the Spaniard.
Villa edged out Nottingham Forest in the semi-final while the visitors also finished in 2nd place at the conclusion of the league phase of this competition, picking up seven wins and being dealt just one defeat.
