Czechia is one of the bigger disappointments so far. Coming in with high hopes at this World Cup, they may end up out in the group stage.
A 2-1 defeat to South Korea and a surprising 1-1 draw against South Africa now push them against the wall. They can progress perhaps with a point, but they must also hope South Africa fails to beat South Korea.
Still, they hold their destiny in their own hands. If they win, they are through 100%. However, I doubt their chances. Their top scorer, Patrick Schick, has been incredibly quiet and low on energy so far, and they looked very vulnerable defensively in their previous two matches.
We should not forget that Mexico have kept a clean sheet in both their wins so far, and will again be backed by a huge crowd at the Estadio Azteca, which doesn’t make things easy for the Czechs.

Mexico have already secured first place in Group A after victories over South Africa and South Korea.
Javier Aguirre's side have done it the hard way, relying on defensive discipline and taking their chances when they arrive. Two matches, two wins and two clean sheets is exactly the start the hosts wanted.
With the top spot already secured, team selection becomes the main talking point. Rotation would be understandable with the knockout stage around the corner.
Even so, Mexico's squad depth is stronger than any other team in the group, and whoever starts will want to impress.
The Betting Verdict
This looks like a tricky game for betting. Mexico are through and may rotate. Czechia needs to win and should take more risks than usual. That creates an interesting dynamic where the underdog may actually be the more motivated side.
It's very challenging to find a good angle here, but I would go with a double chance bet on Czechia.
I don’t feel Mexico will just throw away their final group game, and I doubt Czechia has the capacity to beat Mexico. A straight-up draw perhaps can also be valuable, but the main suggestion is taking the double-chance bet on Czechia.
