Martin Albrechtsen is a doubt after hurting his knee at the weekend. Claude Davis is unlikely to feature after just resuming training after a long layoff.

Paul Connolly could start this match after training with the side on Monday while Jordan Stewart serves the second game of a three-match ban and will miss out here. Striker Rob Hulse is expected to start despite a slight stomach discomfort.

As for United, Carlos Tevez will start this match after returning to the side. The Red Devils is also expected to include the likes of Tomasz Kuszczak, Darron Gibson and Rodrigo Possebon into the side.
