Like Lokomotiv, CSKA has practically lost any chances of clinching the title this season after they drew 1-1 against Spartak in Nalchik.

Sergey Ignashevich and Vasily Berezutskey, who both missed the previous match due to the flu virus, are back to the center of defense. Left winger Mark Gonzalez has been ruled out until the end of the season. Guilherme is out with a strained muscle. CSKA is coming off a disappointing 0-1 loss to Manchester United on Wednesday.

CSKA got to a fine start in Nalchik when in-form Milos Krasic scored after yet another super individual display. But then Army men were closed in their own half by on rushing Spartak. The draw was leveled on the 27th minute after Amisusashvilli took advantage of poor defensive play in the central zone.

Experimental duo Alexey Berezutsky and Deividas Semberas continued to make one mistake after another and only referee’s assistance helped CSKA out on a couple of occasions, as the man with the whistle preferred not to notice obvious fouls inside the area.

Juande Ramos team underperformed once again and even failed to win the second half. Brazilian striker Guilherme was taken off due to injury late in the first half.

Vasily Berezutsky and Sergey Ignashevich will be back in the center of defense. Deividas Semberas shold move to the right flank and Georgy Schennikov simply must feature on the left, after his team-mate Grigoryev was arguably the worst player on the pitch in Nalchik.

CSKA still has to pull together and fight to keep within the European zone. Main objective now is to earn a Champions’ League spot for next season.

FK Moskva

FK Moskva came back to winning ways after winning a highly entertaining match against Krylia Sovetov being one man down. Edgaras Cesnauskis is back from suspension, but his team mates Sheshukov and Nababkin take his place in the disqualification zone.

10 yellow cards, 3 penalties, 2 disallowed goals and 1 red card – this is the statistical outlay of Moskva’s home match against Krylia Sovetov.

Referee Igor Egorov was simply on fire that day. First his assistants disallowed 2 goals scored by Jakubko, then Branislav Krunic missed a penalty which was given for the fould on Jakubko.

The only mistake of the match by the referee came when the score was level at 1-1. Substitute Strelkov ran into the opponent, who was simply standing in his way. This collision was enough for the referee to award the third penalty of the game, which Alexey Rebko converted.

A win moved Moskva level on points with Lokomotiv and still keeps European hopes alive for Miodrag Bojovic’ men. Dmitry Tarasov is back after curing the flu virus, which almost every third Russian national team player “caught”.

Kirill Nababkin should be covered by Branko Ilic, while Tarasov should deputise for Sheshukov. Bojovic certainly knows how to exploit CSKA’s weaknesses as he has already celebrated a 2-0 victory over the Army Men earlier in the season.

Montenegrin specialist properly does his homework and the usual counter attacking approach may be too much to handle for Juande Ramos.

Betting advice

Moskva can simply knock CSKA out of their seat. Physically they are in greater shape and emotionally wise also have the upper hand in the duel.

Another upset can be registered at Luzhniki.

Under 2.50 is also a good option if we take into account CSKA's recent offensive problems.
