The right-hander now faces Cleveland for the 1st time, which is an advantage to him. Also in his favour is the fact that Cleveland has been struggling offensively because of injuries. The Indians have scored just 25 runs in their last 6 games combined. Home field also does not seem to help, with the team hitting just .248
Though winners of almost all their last 7, Baltimore has had to rely on pitching rather than hitting, since their offence is also looking a bit impotent. They have scored just 16 runs in their last 5 games combined and will face a good pitcher tonight.
CLEVELAND INDIANS
Justin Masterson pitches for the Indians, and the righty owns a pretty tidy home record this season: 2-4 with a 3.92ERA in 9 starts. In his last home start against Baltimore, he gave up just 1 run and 4 hits in 5.3 innings.
