Left-hander Marc Rzepczynksi has been summoned from the minors to pitch for the Canadians tonight. Rzepczynski was sent down after only 4 appearances, at which point he already had a 7.15 ERA.
Rzepczynksi might be back up in the MLB for tonight, but it's not because of good performances in the AAA, as he has given up 9 earned runs in just 18 1/3 innings while playing for Las Vegas.
Not really much else to say about Toronto as I think Rzepczynksi will really let his team down here tonight.
LOS ANGELES ANGELS

The team from Anaheim have had reason to feel happy recently, as Scott Kazmir came back after almost a month out with a fatigued arm.
Last Saturday, he helped his team destroy the Detroit Tigers, in a game where he allowed 0 runs on just 3 hits. He pitched 5 innings but only threw 76 pitches, which shows exactly how effective he is.
Kazmir looks like he might just enjoy his first home start since the end of June, as he is playing a team he has had some success against. He only has a 4-4 career record against Toronto, but more importantly, he has a 3.86 ERA against them.
BETTING VERDICT
I think the Angels will take this, and the price is high enough to say this is very good value considering the huge mismatch in the quality of both pitchers.
