Ouch. I picked Atlanta last night and the Hawks got blown the F out by Miami, who left Georgia with a 107-87 win. They bring the Heat to Milwaukee, and call me a glutton for punishment, but I'm going to fade them again here.
Milwaukee are 6.5 point underdogs tonight, at home, despite beating Miami the last 2 times they met. The last meeting came here just 12 days ago, and the Bucks won 105-97. Yes, Miami are surging, but the spot is a great one, especially since all we require is for Milwaukee to avoid getting bent over.
Milwaukee did not fluke their last win, because previous to that they went to Florida and won 91-82 despite hardly any 3 point production. The night before that win, Miami tonked Philadelphia, so maybe that very letdown angle can be applied here.
Miami may well beat the Bucks, but to put another spanking on here when they are playing for the 2nd night in a row, having gone hell for leather yesterday, and looking forward to going and playing in Indiana tomorrow night. That's too much.
Looking at how Miami have fared ATS, I see that the last 3 times they have been on the road playing without rest, they have failed to cover.
