Twente Eschede will be looking to close the gap on leaders PSV Eindhoven when they take on mid-table NAC Breda on Saturday.

FC Twente (2nd)

Twente progressed into the KNVB Beker cup final at the expense of Utrecht 1-0, but despite having the lions share of the possession following Cornelisse's dismissal for a red card after 20 minutes, Twente's performance was unconvincing.

Striker Bryan Ruiz (8 goals) is struggling with fitness at present, but they do also possess the front pair of Janko (14 goals) and de Jong (9 goals) in their armoury.

Twente's home record stands at a solid 8-3-1 27/11, and with facing a weaker NAC side this weekend, they certainly have a chance to improve their overall outfield play and take advantage of Breda’s terrible away form.

Twente will be without Douglas and Tiendelli, while Onyewu and Ruiz are doubtful.

NAC Breda (10th)

NAC Breda recorded their first win of 2011 last weekend when they beat Den Haag 3-2, but this wasn't a deserved win at all as Den Haag's defence crumbled and gifted a couple of goals.

NAC were also given further assistance with Den Haag's Kum being sent off in the early stages of the second half which effectively changed the game.

This win has ended Breda's run of four straight losses, but when you look at their away form, you have to wonder how they’ll get anything from this game 1-2-8 10/28.

NAC Breda have lost their last two on the road heavily; 0-3 at VV Venlo and 1-4 at PSV, and will try to absorb as much Twente pressure as possible and hit them on the counter, but I think Twente will be too good for them here.

NAC are without Horvath, and Schilder (5 goals) is an important player and is doubtful following a training injury in the week.

The Betting Verdict :

Twente really should win this quite comfortably, so going with the handicap but it's not a great price.
