Aust. A-League News :: DEL PIERO TIPPED TO STAY IN SYDNEY

There was speculation that Alessandro Del Piero may be looking elsewhere, but he appears a strong favourite to extend his stay with Sydney FC, priced at $1.25 with online bookmaker sportsbet.com.au to still be with the Sky Blues by October 1st.

Flamengo, the Brazilian club rumoured to be interested in the marquee player are not without hope of snaring him, next in the market at $3.75.

It appears a long shot any other A-League team will get his interest with Western Sydney and the Melbourne Victory outsiders at $34.
