These two sides just contested a match on Wednesday, and it ended up 5-2 to Manchester City, who were completely changed following their 6-1 drumming of neighbours United.
Despite the changes, and being on the road again, City ran out comfortable winners, and will now have a fair few first team members return for this one, making it a bit of a no-brainer.
Manchester City's form is amazing right now, and it just seems to be getting better domestically as time goes on. The Citizens have won 8 of their 9 games, scoring almost 4 goals per game. They've totally destroyed the reigning champions and are still undefeated.
Wolves, on the other hand, have lost 5 of their last 6 and have managed to score just 4 goals in that time. If they can't beat a reserve team at the Molineux, what chance do they have at Eastlands, where they have never won before?
There are a few players worth keeping an eye out for. Dzeko has scored all but one of his goals away from home, and I think with that kind of form he is due to get a few in front of his home fans. He came off the bench to net twice late on at United. If he starts, he surely scores. And then there is Mario Balotelli, who has been magnificent recently, scoring 5 goals in his last 4 matches, including a cool brace against the champions.
There is a slighty worry about Manchester City looking ahead at their next match, a crucial Champions League match away against Villarreal. However, there is too much talent here, and a ruthless streak not seen before, to know that City will try and put on another show for their fans to get everyone feeling confident before the European game.

The odds on Manchester City Over 2.5 goals, Manchester City HT/FT have been bet down to bad value, so I cannot suggest these. The straight win is priced at 1.20 and is a clear banker, so feel free to add that to your accumulators.
I fancy City to win this by at least 2 goals. So, I'll take them with that handicap as they could well win by twice that number if they get in the mood.
