ANALYSIS
Fremantle have had a very disappointing season so far - but with the season only halfway over and a spot in the top 8 playoff positions just a couple of wins away there is still all to play for ... if they win this weekend.
Freo's home record of 4-2 includes winning the last four games At Subiaco on the trot including wins over top half sides Hawthorn and Adeliade.
As for Carlton well what can you say about a side that lost their last game by 100 points ( 80-180 to Hawthorn).
Due to the split round they've had a fortnight to sit around thinking about that beating - but the real question has to be how will they respond if they start going behind on the scoreboard?
THE VERDICT
I expect Freo to come out - get on top by halftime and keep going to score a good sized win.
However, I'm not really tempted by playing the low 1.25 to 1.30 price and instead will take the home side on handicap.
