Three wins on the trot in League Two against Chesterfield, Crewe Alexandra and Oldham Athletic were followed by a 4-1 home win against Fulham U21’s in the EFL Trophy, so manager Gareth Ainsworth will be urging his players to continue their winning momentum on Saturday.
However, Gillingham have a propensity to being involved in draws in the English fourth tier - indeed, the visitors have drawn seven of their last nine outings on the road and another stalemate looks to be on the cards on Saturday in this local derby with Bromley.
