Cremonese had a three-game losing streak of their own, but then won 1-3 at Bologna and proceeded to win to nil against Lecce 2-0. These wins put Cremonese back in the upper half of the table as they're now 9th with 20 points. Not bad for a side that just arrived from Serie B.
Cremonese doesn't lose much and won't lose much if they continue to play like this. The tough defence is paired with a no-nonsense midfield that can drive the ball forward, where their two strikers Bonazzoli and Vardy can convert the chances at a greater rate than many of the forwards in this league.
As Cremonese found a way to play effectively without taking too much risk, they're a very dangerous opponent for any team in Serie A. As usual for counter-attacking teams, they're better on the road than at home, as indicated by the 3-2-2 record.
