Esbjerg will be desperate to get themselves back on track in the Promotion Round group of the Danish second tier on Thursday night when they entertain Horsens at their Blue Water Arena following recent back-to-back defeats at the hands of Lyngby and Horsens respectively.

Niki Zimling’s side have previously captured three wins within their preceding five games in the Danish 1st Division thanks to important wins at the expense of Esbjerg 4-1, Kolding 1-0 and a 1-0 home win over Lyngby, so Horsens will fancy their chances of gaining a positive result at the Blue Water Arena on Thursday night.
In addition, Horsens have won six of the last seven meetings against Esbjerg.
