Northern Ireland could start veteran striker David Healy as ty welcome Serba for this clash at Windsor Park.
Even though Healy has yet to score for his country inthis qualification series yet remains their top goalscorer by some distance with 35 goals in 87 appearances. And for this match, we could see Healy partnering Warren Feeney up front as club-mate Kyle Lafferty is out with injury.
The home side is also without without Celtic playmaker Paddy McCourt, but Chris Brunt makes a return from suspension. Northern Ireland begins with a point ahead of their opponents but a failure to win here could be disastrous.
Serbia did win 2-1 the last time they met in March and will be out to repeat it. They are however without the likes of Manchester United's Nemanja Vidic, Juventus' Milos Krasic and Birmingham's towering forward Nikola Zigic all out injured.
But Serbia are still dangerous with the likes of captain Dejan Stankovic, Branislav Ivanovic, Milan Jovanovic and Zoran Tosic all set to start.
It needs to br said that they also have a 100% record against the hosts with a 1-0 friendly win in Belfast in 2009 their only other meeting before March's match.
